We were tasked with upgrading the audio visual aspects of an existing immersive experience to increase reliability and robustness of the system.
Tasks included moving all video content to high spec Brightsign video playback units, upgrading the remote control system to a custom, in house developed system to allow for discreet activation of the various content pieces, and providing on site standby support when the installation was shown.
Due to the success of the original activation, the installation was upcycled and reused and show at the NHS ConfedExpo in Manchester, where we again provided onsite installation and standby support.
